After several busy months in preparation for the group visit and TV shooting, the Britian-China Cultural Communication Centre (BCCCC) and Chinese Central Television 5 (CCTV-5) have gladly presented the Jing Cai Olympics to the Chinese audience. As Jing Cai Olympics is one of the warming up columns before the London Olympic Games broadcasted by CCTV with concentrated attention, it will show Chinese audience a comprehensive display of the local custom and London Olympic progress. This must greatly inspire the Chinese people concerned about the enthusiasm of the London Olympics and it will be a strong impetus to cultural exchange and development of the Sino-British sports.
When coordinating the TV production work, our Centre has been in meetings and negotiations with the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), Game Makers, Mayor of London, Plymouth Life Centre, Wimbledon Stadium, Transport for London, University of Cambridge and City of London, etc. All endeavour has now been rewarded with a successful cooperation with CCTV5 and Miss Guo Jingjing and her agent company.
